- No cancellations will be accepted once production or processing has started.
- Returns are generally not accepted.
- Replacements are only available for damaged or incorrect products reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with valid proof such as images or videos.
Customized or personalized products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
